A message from the owner:

My name is Amina Steblay and I founded Archive Management Services in 1994. The founding principle I used was simple – give the client the absolute best service possible and maintain the best technology available in the records management industry which is O’Neil Software.

My goal was never to be a big company, but rather a great company. I personally know every one of our clients and they all receive the same excellent service. For example, we have a policy that all clients receive same day delivery for retrieval requests placed before noon and next AM delivery for requests received before 5 PM. If that’s not fast enough, we can scan on demand the documents you need and email you a .pdf image within a couple of hours.

Most document storage companies charge a "permanently removal fee" if you want to discontinue their service. This is referred to as a “hostage fee” in the industry. Simply stated - this means that  you have pay extra fees if you want to discontinue using  their service. To my knowledge, AMS is the only records management company that has no permanent removal fees.
